    Week 1: Foundations of Fitness

    Meet with Trainer Joe and get familiar with the movements you'll be using in your semi-private sessions. During the initial session, Joe will go through every joint, muscle, tendon, and ligament; in many cases, people discover things about themselves that they didn't know. This ability to detect anything and everything earned Joe the nickname "The Psychic Trainer." He'll teach you how to do everything safely and effectively. Don't worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

    You will then start attending classes that work for your schedule. Our clientele is friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. We set the tone in a positive, uplifting way, and everyone keeps the same attitude. Joe is extremely kind and uses humor to his advantage. Each client is doing something completely different based on their skill level, goals, and how they are feeling that day. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach to your goals.
